Premiere Showing the Same Project Opened Twice

Hello, for some reason Premiere is showing me the same project opened twice:

And when I go to Window -> Projects - it says

(CHECK BOX) START.PRPROJ

(CHECK BOX) START.PRPROJ.

Then when I open ANOTHER project, I get four individual Project panels with the same project.

I believe this is a bug

I found a workaround. Close all the multiple windows and then Hit Reset to Saved Layout. Close the project and re-open. Done. But Adobe staff try to replicate my issue

Hi asafblasberg,

It is possible to open multiple instances of Project panel in Premiere Pro. It is not a bug.
