PremierPro v22 doesnt open or export older projects

The program is opening the project with a notification to convert it for the latest version of Premier Pro (v.22). After that it crashes trying to export the projects. What to do?

switch off automatic updates on the creative cloud app and roll back to the previously working version for you.

export your projects and finish all deadlines before any updates.

back up your projects before updating.

are you using media encoder or exporting directly from premiere pro?
