Problem viewing video in program panel

I am a beginner. My video suddenly dissapeared from the program panel. All I see now is a black sceen. I can still see my titles and hear the audio, but not the video. Any idea why? Cheers, Johan

I should add that the source monitor panel is also black.

Switch the renderer to Software Only and let me know if you see anything on your your program monitor

Many thanks! I restarted my computer and it came back, but I will try this next time (if there is one).
