Problem with a Project

Hi everyone!

I have a problem with my projects.

I don't understand why but all the projects goes glitchy after i stopped the recording of the voice, before that it worked fine.This is the second time that it happened and the first time i don't know how it fixed. I use Premiere Pro CC 2018, and the processor of my computer is Intel Core i3-6100U.
