Problem with exportation! Urgent!

Hi! Adobe Premiere Pro itself works fine, but I export my video and when the process is finished, it won't let me open the video. There's this strange message that says "El paquete no se pudo registrar" or in English, "the package couldn't be registered". So, I can't see or open the archive and I don't know what to do. Any suggestion to fix this situation?

Thanks.

What do you mean by "open the archive"? MP4/MOV?

Try to clean your cache files and use media encoder to export your file...

Are you able to export the project in a different format that can playback ok? It could be you need a codec pack or try VLC Player or other media playing software.

Hi dulcesilencio,

Sorry for the trouble. Have you tried the recommended steps?

Did you try importing the exported file back into Premiere Pro?

Have you tried exporting to a different format and checked playback?

What is the name of the video player you are using? Have you tried with VLC?

Please let us know the status.

Thanks,

Vidya

This is not a Premiere Pro error. This is related to your operating system.

try to import the exported video into premiere pro, does it playback normally ?

if yes, the issue is in your operating system, or the structure of your folders or file naming.
