Problem with imported clip

Hi, I´m not experienced premier user. I have problem from the start I import a clip. Below you´ll see how does the clip look like after importing it in to Premiere. I have tried with few different clips, but the result is the same. Does anybody know why this happend and how to avoid this. Do I need to change some settings and which ones? Thank you for advance helping me!!!

What version of Premiere, what OS, what hardware and what codec/framerate/fileformat is your source clip ?

- Newest version of CC 2018 Premiere

- Windows 10 pro
