Problem with motion effects in images in Premiere

Hi!
When giving motion effects to images, it does not show me the result in the Program window or in any other.
The only way to see the effect is to select that fragment of the sequence and pre-render with the Enter key, until the green line appears.
I have version 15.2.0 (build 35) or be updated to today 17.6.21
I've already tried a bunch of suggestions to speed up Premiere, reinstalled everything, cleared all "media cache", tmp files, and ... nothing
Thanks for your time and expertise!

Can you tell us what kind of file you're animating? A simple picture or video doesn't usually need rendering.

You could also go to file/project settings and make sure that your Mercury Playback Rendering is not set to software but to GPU acceleration (if that is an option.)

I tried it with JPG, TIFF and PSD.
The option to choose Mercury Playback Rendering appears off at this time.
It does not allow me to change.
