There are multiple things that can be happening here, and as you didn't give any solid information, I can't give a single specific useful answer.
What's your media format/codec/color space details?
What sequence color space are you working with? What export preset exactly by name?
What are your full color management settings in Premiere? The entire Lumtri panel Settings tab ... the tab NAMED Settings. What do you have for display color management, extended dynamic range, auto detect log, auto tonemapping?
And you're watching on Quicktime Player ... on a Mac I'm guessing? Do you have Reference modes on your Mac, or not?
Does the video look the same as the sequence if you import the video into Premiere? As it may well be completely a situation due to Apple's odd display transform they use for Rec.709 video on their computers without reference modes.
Give answers to the above we can help.
