Grazie

Hi lucac,

Sorry about your issue. I understand that you are getting red frames in an exported file during playback.

  • Which version of Adobe Premiere Pro are you using?
  • Do you get these red frames in the program monitor as well before export?
  • Have you tested any other format?

Additionally, please try the following suggestions:

  1. Uncheck the option to enable the Hardware accelerated decoding by following this path: Preferences > Media > Enable hardware accelerated decoding and then try exporting.
  2. Clean media cache before export. FAQ: How to clean (delete or trash) media cache files?
  3. Try exporting using Software only video renderer. FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?
  4. Try exporting in some other format like Quicktime.

Let us know if it helps

Thanks,

Shivangi
