question about download premiere cc 2019 or other previous version in creative cloud

Hello,

I want to download premiere cc 2019 becaus my video driver is not working Premiere 2020.

Is there any way for access to premiere 2019 in creative cloud?

and no reason to delete previous versions when you do an update.  I've got versions back to 2017 on one of my systems..

That said, you never know when Adobe will stop the use of earlier versions.  They made it impossible to use Encore unless you had the specific license for it not just a creative cloud subscription.  Apparently they had licensed certain features that they no longer were willing to continue...
