"Update required" - cant install Premiere pro, dont think my computer is to old.

Hi! as the topic says, i get this "Update Required" when i try to install premiere pro. also says "Not Compatible" But i think it should go. please help

Have you installed the latest Studio Driver from Nvidia? (Important: Studio Driver)

When Driver Easy update, does it update to the Studio Driver or not? The default when downloading from Nvidia is to get the Game Ready Driver and that´s probably the one Driver Easy grabs as well. Worth checking out.

Downloading the Studio Driver directly from Nvidia and install it manually is the best and fastest way to solve that issue and questions in one go.

Do you know if the GPU driver for the CPU is updated? I noticed that the Ryzen CPU has a GPU as well and wonder if that could be the thing that confuses the installer, iow that the installer sees just the GPU on the CPU and if it has an older driver, etc the installer throws an error message. Do you have a screen dump of the error message?

Everything is up to date. Yeah the Ryzen has intergrated GPU thats what i feel is the main issue, i changed it in Nvidia control panel. still no success

• Try to install using the Creative Cloud app: Adobe Creative Cloud download
• Make sure that the computer meets the system requirements: Adobe Premiere Pro System Requirements

That´s an indication that something is wrong at your end since dmg-files are for Mac and not Windows. If i use Edge as my browser the site autodetects that i am on Windows and thus provide me with the expecting exe-file.

Which browser do you use?

wow! Problem solved, ive been using Opera for a long time, now i logged in on Chrome, and can download/install from adobe right away. xD
