Hey, any developments on this in the last three years? I have the same problem but with only 2 1/2 hours
It's 20 GB and I have 21 GB left of storage, so when my computer crashed I tried putting it in a different drive with 400 GB. When that also crashed (all of them about half way through), I changed a bunch of settings and got it down to 6 GB. That still crashes and the two files it leaves behind are about 3 GB large and the first hour 18 minutes of the video

This must be frustrating. If you see any error messages, could you share a screenshot? Have you tried exporting your timeline in two different parts and stitching them together again? Please also share your system specifications (OS, OS version, CPU, GPU, RAM) and current Premiere Pro version. These details will help us better understand the problem.

Oh lol yeah I forgot about that
I just had to export it in three pieces (using the in/out) and then stitch them together. A pro strat if there ever was one
