When I try to render export via Media Encoder it renders audio only. If I cancel and render, reset, and try again it works. This happens a lot and I don't know why.
Any solutions?

Don't cancel. Pause it and then restart it.
Many users are experiencing this and that is the current workaround.

Sorry about the trouble. What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)?
Are there any captions in the file?
Does it work fine with Premiere Pro export?
Let us know.
Thanks,

Hello,
These are the details I can find:
brightuniv_entrance
1920 x 1080
00;00;30;10, 30.00 fps
48000 Hz - Stereo
Color Space: Rec. 709
I don't know how to figure out what the codec is but I'm using the h.264 Format, YouTube 1080p render settings.
I'm chiefly making content within After Effects, exporting as lossless, and importing into Premiere or using dynamic link.
Thanks
