RX580 not working on my premiere 2025

Hey Guys, 

im wondring if its normal, 

my GPU RX580 is not supporting my premiere 2025

it's turned ON but it could not preview my timeline smoothly, 

what could be the problem?, or can you share a solution to that?

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?
What are your media properties and sequence settings?

What effects and/or transitions are applied?
