Somehow I got my clips out of synchronize with sound. how to fix it?

I'm working on my project but somehow i messed up with the audio tracks and now complete project is out of syn now. How to fix it?

• I would duplicate the sequence in the project panel in case it goes wrong. Then click on where it says 21 on each audio clip and chose slip into sync.

Here’s a simple way to fix it:

1. Duplicate your sequence as a backup.
2. Select all audio clips with out-of-sync indicators. If these are linked to your video, lock your video track before selecting your audio.
3. Hold down Shift+Cmd/Ctrl and press the left arrow key 4 times.
4. Hold down Cmd/Ctrl and press the left arrow key once.

This should put all your audio back in sync.
