sound but no images in Premier Pro 2023

Hi,
i've just switched from Premiere Pro 2022 to 2023 on my MabBook Pro and i don't understand why but once i try to open a video a read a sequence the sound is working but i have no image on my monitor. Just a green screen. And if i want to inser a picture in a sequence, same thing but with a black screen. 
This drives me crazy because everything used to work well the last time i used Premiere Pro. 
If you have any help, hint, whatever it would be great.

ps: i've also installed the new version of Media Encoder and i have the same issue there too.
My Macbook is using MacOS Big Sur 11.7.1.

We're sorry about this. Are you still experiencing this issue? If so, would you mind trying these steps to check if it helps?

• Navigate to Premiere Pro > Preferences > Media & disable hardware accelerated decoding & encoding. Restart Premiere Pro & check if it restores the preview.
• If you are still experiencing the issue, try switching the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only.
