Sound disappeared in Premiere Pro

I was in Premiere Pro, and went to Google. The video was already edited, with audios already synched, and even SFX. When I turned back to Premiere, the project was soundless. The Mixer says the audios are playing, and there's nothing muted. This is only happening in this project.

I've already restarted both Premiere and my PC, but it doesn't work. I use no plugins. What do I do?

Eu estava no Premiere Pro, e fui pro Google. O vídeo já estava editado, áudios sincronizados e com efeitos sonoros, até.  Quando voltei, ele estava sem som. O áudio no mixer diz estar funcionando, não tem nada mutado e esse problema de não ter áudio só acontece nesse projeto. 

Já reiniciei o computador, e não uso nenhum plugin. O que eu faço?

Sorry about the issue. Does it happen with a specific project? If so, can you share the media details (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Could you also share a screenshot of the Audio Hardware? Edit > Preferences > Audio Hardware.

Try creating a new project and importing the old one into it.
