Hi guys!
I have this problem for some time. Whenever I  open video on my source monitor, both my source and program monitor freezes (I can only hear sound).  Basically I cant use source monitor, because I'll need to restart program every time I use it.
I updated my graphic drivers, premiere pro is updated, windows is updated..
I have Nvidia RTX 3070ti, intel I7 10700k, 2x 16gb hyper x fury 3200mhz.

Hi there!

Sorry to hear that. What type of media files are you editing (codec/ format, frame rate, frame size)? Have you tried resetting preferences or deleting cache files?

Let us know.

Thanks,

Kartika

Hi!
I did reset preferences and deleted cache files.
It's H.264 mostly and it doesn't matter which frame rate or which
resolution, it doesn't work on any..

Make sure you have the latest Studio drivers (not the gaming drivers) from Nvidia's web site (not from Windows Update).

Perform a clean install of the drivers for best results.
