Stabilizing and Removing Dust/Dead Pixel Problem

I am working with footage from a friend whose camera unfortunately has dust and dead pixels.

In order to fix that I use CC Wire Removal effect in After Effects to remove those from the clips. I then want to stabilize the clips for which I use Warp Stabilizer in Premier or AE.

I can do that for every single clip by Replacing to AE composition, remove dust/dead pixels, then stabilize that AE composition in Premier but it is extremely time consuming when I have multiple clips in my sequence like in my current project.

Nesting does not seem to help as even if I replace the whole nest as a AE composition and do the dust/dead pixel removal, stabilizing the whole AE composition replaced nest is not ideal at all (intense cropping, warping, ect).

Maybe I am missing an obvious solution here but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If you guys have a solution that would help me save a lot of time.
