Taking long time for creating auto transcription

I'd select A1 as my dialogue track and then tried to create transcription. But it kept "creating auto transcription" for more than one hour. It's a 6-min video and I did set the in/out section. Had tried couple times and it remained same. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the screenshot; very helpful.

What specific version of PR are you running? Help -> About. 23.5 is the latest.

The progress indicator shows that this is stuck at the "initializing local transcription engine."

Have you transcribed successfully before?

Try creating a test sample: one video clip in a sequence and transcribe.

The version is 22.3.0. Does it work for this funtion?

And I'd created another sequence with a short clip, but it still stucked as before.
