terminator contest

i have tried talking to just about evryone and alls they keep saying is the contest is over.  I have followed the guidlines set by the contest to the letter.  When i ent to submit my entry(BEFORE) the contest had ended,it put me on an infinite loading screen and would not let me submit and now, after working for over a week on my trailer emix i am not able to submit my entry which has agitated me quite a bit what can  be done and who can i contact because the sponsor has the rights to take my entry and it seems unfair not to if they host the contest then when their website didnt work my entry gets discarded.

Very sorry that happened, bsparks. I have seen something similar in the past with contests. Basically, the server gets overwhelmed with last minute requests, delays inevitably occur, and deadlines are missed. I would encourage you to submit entries well before the final hours of any future contest. I apologize for this issue. I really do.

The site and materials said the contest ends October 7th. It is still October 7th, why are submissions cut off?

hello i have now been trying to contact you regarding the terminator contest over phone, but was told to come here.  Adobe aka you guys had put on a contest in association with the new terminator movie and i have spent the last week editing my remix of the trailer in premiere pro, i exported it and everything ande went to submit before the deadline was due but it just kept showing me a loading symbol and never took my entry and now the contest is closed i would very much appreciate if my entry could be taken as i did everything to the T and was not able to submit due to an error.

Won't help you now, but sometimes when I am having issues with a website accepting information from me, a different browser might work
