Text based editing: pauses - in/out handles

Is there a way to adjust the handles on the automatic in/out setting?

It's a great feature but I find that by default, when filtering pauses it trims the edit way too close. I'd like to adjust the in point by say 3 or 4 frames so there's a tiny break between words that feels more natural.

Editing an almost 2 hour long masterclass and my workflow right now is jumping to the next pause, moving forward a few frames, setting a new in point, delete, continue. Obviously it's still vastly quicker than manually srubbing through, but also vastly slower than batch deleting all pauses...😅

Did you ever find a solution to this? I'm trying to do the same thing
