Hi friends, I'm going to edit a video in premiere pro, but it uploads differently than the original version. The original state on the left, and the state after importing on the right. Loads brighter. How can I solve it?

Sorry I couldn't, is it possible for you to connect to my computer? Teamviewer vs.

Sorry, no I can't, but beware of possible scammers on the forum that might offer to do that.

What is the small window the image on the left is showing in? If that's say QuickTime player or some video player outside of Premiere (especially if you're on a Mac), the difference would be color managment issues, which we could help you with.
There is another possiblity.
The reason Peru Bob provided all those links is because there were massive changes in the underlying color system and the default behaviors in Pr2022 that are different from Pr2021. That's undoubtedly what's happening there.
If that clip is perhaps a cell phone capture, a camera set to HLG, or some log-encoded media, then there could be issues using it on a Rec.709 sequence unless you know where to go to set the "override to Rec.709" to on.
So ... is that a viewer outside of Pr (again, especially on a Mac) ... or within Pr?

To test the image, I opened it from a different program called Quick Time. Images taken with the iPhone 13. How do I import the image in its original form?

QuickTime player is not considered a usable viewer for any QC work. VLC is thought to be far more useful in most cases.
As that media is iPhone, it's almost certainly in HLG color space, which you can to into your phone settings and change from HDR back to normal SDR/Rec.709, it will be easier to work for now.
So for that media, you would need to go to the project panel bin, select all of it, right-click/Modify/Interpret Footage and at the bottom in the new CM section, set it to Override to Rec.709.
And ... are you on a Mac or a PC?
