Trackpad issues in Premiere Pro on Alienware computer

Hi

I have just changed from a Mac to an Alienware 13 R3.

I cant seem to to use two fingers on the trackpad to go up and down in the premiere timeline.

The Alienware computer seems to have a trackpad setting that I cant find.

I tried this on a Yoga pc and I had no issues, I could use two fingers to go up and down or left and right in the timeline just like the Mac.

Does anyone have any ideas? It a hard issue to describe and really makes the machine less useful!

Many thanks

Chris

Have you asked the computer vendor?

Thanks

Yes I did speak to them and googled the specific model as well, no luck.

Alienware has done something to the trackpad and I cant figure out how to change it.
