Trouble launching Premiere PRO

  • Issue Once it's installed, I tried to launch the software. the loading screen for a few seconds and then it disappears. The app seems to close itself a few seconds after I tried to launched it.  
  • Adobe Premiere Pro version number: 24.3 (the problem occurs no matter the version installed)
  • Operating system - Windows 11
  • System Info: CPU, GPU, RAM, HD:
    • AMD Ryzen 7 5800X

    • ASUS DUAL Radeon RX 6750XT 12GB GDDR6

    • G.Skill Aegis 3200 mHz (16GB)

    • 3 Hard drives: 2 SSD & a HDD

  • Steps to reproduce - (Very important!) : Download Premiere Pro from Creative Cloud, launch the program once the download is complete.
  • Expected result - The loading screen should appear for around 3 seconds and disappear.
  • Actual result -  The loading screen appeared for 3 seconds and disappear. The software closed itself right after its launch. This result occurs over and over again.
