Trying to export a video, but the "Export video" checkbox is greyed out, it will only export audio

I am wondering if anyone knows what to do about this. Trying to export my project and it is stuck in an MP3 exporting form. The export video box is greyed out and unclickable. Does anyone know how to fix this? Tried clicking the box, but it stays greyed out. Also tried using the drop down menu but it only gives audio options.

MP3 is an audio-only format.

You need to select about anything else in the Format box up top.
