Ultra Key and Lumetri Color leave visual glitches on the export.

I have footage that has Ultra Key effect and Lumetri Color effects applied to it.

When rendered, it shows these black lines flashing on the footage.

After a lot of troubleshooting I narrowed it down to the Ultra Key or Lumetri Color effects on the (facecams out of frame in the screenshot).

I found that swapping the order of these two effects, so instead of:
Ultra Key > Lumetri Color

I changed it to

Lumetri Color > Ultra Key

This seemed to fix it for parts of the video, but not all of it.

Sorry about the poor experience. Let us know the version of Premiere Pro that you are using & the system specs. Also, is this issue happening with any specific media type or all of them?

If you set the Project settings "Mercury Acceleration" to software only, does that fix the problem?

If so, it means the issue is with your GPU, either the driver in use or the GPU itself ...
