Unable to Export 30mins projects in the Media Encoder or Premiere Pro

I've just started using Premiere Pro. Editing works fine, but when it comes to exporting, my exports just stop after a certain amount of time. I was just trying to export a roughly 20 minute project, and it just stopped saying it had 23 mins 4 seconds left. This is the same thing that happened when I was trying to batch export 6 similar videos in Media Encoder.

I've restarted my PC multiple times.

I've tried closing all other programs and only having Media Encoder running.

I've tried exporting in Premiere Pro.

The only video I've been able to successfully export was 16 minutes long, but that was my shortest video.

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit Home Edition Version 1803, 8.00GB of RAM, Intel Core i5-7200 CPU @ 2.50 GHz.

Thanks for checking this out, hoping someone can help

Hi flizzles,

Sorry for the export issue. Have you applied any third party effects/Lumetri in the sequence?

Just for a test, change the renderer in project settings in Premiere Pro and try export: FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro? or

Change the renderer in Queue panel in Media Encoder and try export.

Thanks,

Vidya

Thanks for the advice. I have tried that, and that does seem to help somewhat, though I had an issue where it was showing as exported, but on playback, it would only actually have 2-3 minutes, and then be corrupted for the rest. I think that may have been a space issue on the hard drive, because once I cleared the Media Cache Files and cleared more room, it seems to be having more success.

I still haven't had success batch exporting, but that may have been a space issue as well, so hopefully when I get through editing my next round of videos, I'll be able to see if I can get that to work successfully.

Hi flizzles,

Thanks for the info. Have you tried batch exporting again? Are you facing any issues during export?
