Unable to select audio channel (Modify Clip)

New Here ,
Mar 24, 2025 Mar 24, 2025

I am trying to change the audio channels of my clips to be just out of the right media source channel. However, the buttons to select (or cancel) are cut off from my pop-up window. And, since I'm unable to pick them I have to force quit Premiere Pro entirely.

This has happened on and off since the 2025 release. I'm currently using 25.1 on an Apple M2 Max with the latest update.

To reproduce the problem:

1: Right-click on the audio and select "Audio Channels..."

When the modify clip window pops up - the issue is there (screenshot attached)

Hi @Sarah302415000hwl,

That definitely doesn't look correct.  If you hit escape, you should still be able to close the window out of the menu.  Can you tell me if you are using multiple monitors?   We need a few more details to try to help with the issue. Please see: How do I write a bug report?  Sorry for the frustration and thanks for reaching out.

Hi Rach -

Thanks for the quick response. I hadn't considered that it could be an issue because I'm using multiple monitors. I removed the monitors and the function worked as expected. Once I plugged the monitors back in, it was back to the same issue.

I would check each monitor's display resolution and see if changing that can resolve the issue.
