Hi,
No matter how I setup Sync Settings, or replace folders, or whatever - every single time I upgrade I lose the following:
• Keyboard Shortcuts
• My folder of customized effects
Can anyone point me to a solid step by step guide on how to avoid this?
Sync Settings are all checked off in Preferences / Sync Settings. I upload the settings before updating. I download the settings after - nothing...
