Version 25.0 crashes my Google Chrome

I installed Premiere 25.0 today and all looked good until I realized my Google Chrome crashed. The first time I opened my Premiere it was a fresh project, I just imported my new files and looked at my Gmail when I realized Chrome was closed. I tried opening it many times but it didn't open.

This happened to me sometimes with the previous versions, but I re-opened the browser and everything was fine.  Now I cannot do that because I won't load.
If I close Premiere, I can use Chrome with no problem, but as soon as I open Premiere, Google Chrome crashes and I can't open it.

What I did to test any problem was:

- Disable GPU acceleration in Chrome

- Changing my Mercury Playback (CUDA) to Software only.
- Use the RESET button in the Settings of Premiere to launch a fresh version

Nothing of this worked.

I normally leave 6GB of RAM for the PC to work normally, now I bumped it to 12GB to test if the problem was Premiere eating my RAM, but that didn't help.

Can you help me or point me in some direction?  Switching to Firefox is NOT a solution.

The main information about my machine is this, more info in the TXT file attached:

Didn't you solve this by updating an Intel iGPU driver? Let the team know, @randallflagg_34!

Thanks,
Kevin

If (latest version) Premiere Pro is running it blocks Google Chrome and MS Edge from being visible.

(This is in Windows 11)

At first, I thought it was an issue after an update or something that required a reboot because it ran after the reboot. But it was successful after the reboot because I didn't start Premiere Pro first.

I have confirmed that if I start Premiere Pro, while it is running, neither Chrome nor Edge will appear. But the Task Manager confirms they are running processes in the background... they just are not visible.

How in the world did that bug become a thing?

Oh... I don't have to reboot for Edge or Chrome to come up for me... just shut down Premiere Pro.
They will then start up normally. If I start a new instance of Chrome, it will start up visible.

Today, while running Google Chrome, when I opened Premiere Pro, my Browser Window grayed out. I had to kill it and re-launch.
