Video Creation Date/time not displaying correctly

Hi All - Forgive me if this has been covered before, but why isn't Premiere Pro displaying an incorrect creation date for my videos?

Premiere displays a creation date that's offset by several hours earlier.

When you look at the file in Windows Explorer, it has the correct capture/creation date and time.

I'm running the latest version of Premiere.

Any ideas?
