Video - Distorted Pixels Issue

When trying to play/scrub footage I get distorted pixels in the display window. (See attached image)

I've been running into this issue with both Premier and After Effects. I'm worried it might be a Hardware issue, but I thought I'd see if anyone else has had this problem and what solutions might be out there.

Computer/Software Specs:

Latest Version of Creative Cloud, Premier and AE installed.

OSX Yosemite 10.10.5 (14F2109)

iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) 1TB HD (558 GB Free Space)

3.5 GHz Intel Core i7

32 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780M 4096 MB

Try installing a new Vid Card Driver.

My Video Card Driver is currently up to date. Are you saying I should consider re-installing it?

Well you could try that or roll back one..

When did it start and what else happened around that time?

I'll give that a shot.

Nothing else noticeable happened when the issue occurred. I've noticed longer render time than usual though.
