Video distortion in preview window and exports

Ok so I been having problems with Adobe Premiere Pro suddenly. When im editing video's and press pause I get to see this strange white and black distortion. Also when I export video's they are distorted. See the screenshot attached. Anyone knows what I can do to get rid of this?
