Video Exporting in Very Low Quality, How Should I Fix This?

So I apologize in advance for my ignorance as I am new to Premiere Pro.

Everything looks fine in Premiere Pro itself, the only thing I did was trim the clip, but when I export it, it ends up with very low quality, and I did not change any of the export settings either. The only thing that I would like to mention is that I was recording over a Google Slides presentation. I am quite new to video editing, and I don't really know a lot, so I don't know if it affects it.

    I just used those export settings, and it worked fine! There is no more help needed, thank you so much!
