I'm trying to edit a 33min video on premiere, but every time I try to render it it stops midway and then freezes. I've deleted my preferences, my media cache, and nothing works! I'm going crazy, I've been trying to edit this video for more than a week now and I really need it! What can I do? Also, it happens the same thing on After Effets.

Exactly what is INSIDE the video you are editing?
Report back with the codec details of your file, use the programs below... A screen shot works well to SHOW people what you are doing - For Windows Internet Explorer press the PRINT SCREEN button on your keyboard, and then do CTRL-V to paste the screen print from the clipboard into a forum message

This is my timeline; its just one large video (screen recorded) chopped into a 33min video. it also has one short video recorded with my camera. The audio is .wav and here are some titles at the end of it. Honestly, this isnt the first time ive recorded with a screen recorded video, a camera footage, and .wav audio. Also, ive edited previous videos with the same settings. The video has H.264 format.
I have Adobe Premiere Pro cs6 ver 6.0.0
Laptop HP Pavilion TouchSmat
Processor: AMD A10-5745M APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 2.10 GHz
System ype: 64 bit
Windows 10

Were they as long as this one?
How much RAM and free hard drive space do you have?
What is your hard drive setup (how many, what kind, and how full, what is on each drive)?

Yes, I've even edited an hour long video and everything was fine.
I'm using a brand new external hardrive so theres no problem with that.

Hi Idajock,
Your past history indicates no problem....

What makes you so sure there's no problem with a new hardware component added to your system?? I'd be looking at that. It might be formatted incorrectly.
Perhaps you might try exporting to a different hard drive and see how that behaves.
Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Idajock,
The only other thing that sticks out is your workflow.
Have you tried copying and pasting into a new sequence? Perhaps your sequence is corrupt?
Thanks,
Kevin

The difference might be the way it was recorded, but other than that its exactly the same.
Yes, I've tried copying it into a new sequence and nothing happens. In fact, after this happened for the first time, I decided to edit the video all over again, so this is version 2 and it still happens.

Hi Idajock,
Do tell us about the recording process. It is not a standard recording from a camcorder? If not, you may have to rip it first to get a constant frame rate.
Thanks,
Kevin

I used Bandicam to record, which I have used for my other videos, but this time I set my settings so the primary audio track (audio from my laptop) and the secondary audio track (my voice) were saved separately.
What do you mean with "have to rip it first to get a constant frame rate"?

Use MediaInfo, tree view, to determine if your video is at a variable or constant rate. If a variable rate then use handbrake.fr/ to convert to a constant rate.
Also, is your external drive operating at 5400 rpm or 7200 rpm? You preferably need a drive operating at least at 7200 rpm unless it's an SSD.
