I don't understand why, my video playback is kind of encrypted on premiere pro CC 2018.

Hi bananeb59400269,

I have seen this issue and this seems to be happening because of an Intel device driver update.

Check this link for a workaround. Green or purple streaks appear in the Source and Program monitors
