When applying warp stabilizer = Blue Screen of Death followed with a restart?

On CC2017 working perfect.

Hi,
Could you give us more information about the footage you're trying to stabilize: resolution, framerate, length, codec used?
Also does this happen with every footage?

Any footage it just throws out Blue Screen! Currently working on cc2017 and no problem only cc2018.
The footage tested on new fresh projects files =

This is weird that it is working correctly in CC2017 and not CC2018.
I would recommand filing a bug here: http://adobe.com/go/wish, including a link to one of your video file, so the Premiere Pro development team can investigate.
