Running CC2025 Build 61. This is a new problem with the last two updates. I've seen otehr people have this issue, but those posts seem to be from a few years ago and there was no real solution that I saw. The problem is simple. When zoomed out on my timeline (first screenshot), I do not see waveforms, even though I have selected to show waveforms in the timeline display setting. The only way I see them is if I zoom way in (screen shot 2). Anyone have a solution? TIA.
Hi @gened78432486 - There are two options you can explore.
1. You can always hold down "SHIFT" while launching Premiere and check the box "Clear media cache files"
2. Select the clip and in the Clip menu choose the option "Generate Waveform"

HI @gened78432486 - Does this post sound like the problem you are experiencing?
Can you install the beta where there is a potential fix and let us know if that helps your issue?

Yes, that is similar to what I'm experiencing. When I put a clip in the timeline, the first minute or so of the waveform are visible, but then at some point the waveform flatlines, even though the audio is there and I can hear it.
Upgraded to Beta 25.2 and no difference. Still no waveforms. It must just be something about this particular project that it doesn't like. I tried opening an old project and the waveforms are there. I started a new project and opened sources from a different project and they show fine. However, for this particular project, whether I open it in Beta or 25, the waveforms don't show, and I have multiple sources, so it's not the source problem. I also tried starting a new project and importing the exact same sources and still no waveforms. I didn't shoot any differently than I normally do. Very strange.
