Hi, in my case it does not work, neither Premier nor Encoder nor After Effects starts. a window appears with a stacked inscription: cannot continue executing the code because the system has not detected MSVCP110.dll. To fix this problem, try reinstalling the program. What will you advice me?

I shared a simpler solution that anyone can easily understand.  I do appreciate the link... but that is super complicated and there was no way I could figure out what to do with it.  I posted the easy solution in the other thread. But I was up so late trying to figure it out and then nearly had a heart attack (kidding of course) as it was like OMG what the H is going on.

But I guess this problem can happen easily.
