Where is the ´Dutch´ option in the transcription menu.

I´m working with Premiere Pro 22.6.4 and I want to transcribe my sequence for some subtitles.
The interviews are in Dutch and so should be the transcription, but the option is nowhere to be found anymore. Anyone any idea what happened and how I can fix this?

In the CC desktop: three dots > Add ons.

I don't believe Dutch is available in version 22. It is not in the transcription dropdown, and is not in the list of Add-ons.

In the end I fixed the problem by downloading the beta version of PP.
