Why i can't choose [ Alt+=' ]?. Why i can't change this keyboard shortcut? How can i change?

Hi guys.

Thank you for read my post.

I'm using Windows 10 Pro 64bit

and

My Premiere Pro ver is 2020. 

I wanted to change keyboard shortcut for 'Increase Audio Tracks Height'.

I saw some tutorial videos. 

They told the keyboard shortcut of Increase Audio Tracks Height is  [ Alt + = ]

But my Premiere Pro's default keyboard shortcut of  Increase Audio Tracks Height is [ Alt + ' ] 

So i wanted to change [ Alt +' ] to [ Alt + = ].

But It doesn't work. 

But [ Ctrl + = ] works for Increase Video Tracks Height.

How can i slove this problem?

I'm not understanding what you mean by "it won't work".

In the area right under the Shortcut heading, click ... tap the Alt and = keys, then the OK at the lower right. That should work ...

Now i understand why i can't change that keyboard shortcut. 

think Adobe has created some rules for shortcuts.

So it doesn't seem to make a combination of Alt and =.
in 2020cc.

As Ann notes, this would be due to the non-English keyboard. The shortcuts jump around a bit from what the "normal" defaults are in other languages. I know Jarle Leirpoll (Norwegian) has some ... direct ... comments about the irritations of the language issue and keyboard shortcuts.

Some of the 'defaults' can be changed by the user. Some can't. It can be a puzzle at times.

Also I found other shortcuts that I can't change.

I guess that issue belong to 'default' and 'language'.

So i understand now why i can't change shortcut.
