I did the same thing I have always done before to convert an mov file to an mp4 file, but this time I just get a black screen movie.
I take a mov file that is a video of my iPhone recorded by QuickTime. I export using H.264, custom preset, match source basic video settings, gave the dimension as 1080x1920, frame rate 30, target bit rate 10.
What should I consider in order to fix this?

How do I do that. There is not an item for that in the help menu.

Why did it stop working? It worked before when I followed the procedures.

Hi ShinehahGnolaum,
Sorry to hear that you are facing this issue. Please try to switch the Renderer to Mercury Playback Engine Software Only and check if it's working properly.
FAQ: How to change the Video Renderer in Premiere Pro?
Let us know if it helps.
Thanks,
Sumeet

That didn't fix it.
