Why need search in Graphics Templates? it never finds anything, why reward the interface with a non-working option?
I just tried it here too, and it seems to be working in 25.1.
You do have to press enter after you type the search string.

Hi @Paul_Gringo,
The search bar can be used to search the title of your mogrts in the Graphics Templates panel. Also, if you add keywords at mogrt export, those keywords are searchable within that search bar.

Hi @Paul_Gringo,
Sorry to hear you've encountered what seems like very bug-like behavior! If you're able to share some information, I hope we can figure out what's going on:
Operating system and version number
Thanks!
Theresa

This happened on all versions of all systems. Let's say I have the latest version of Windows 11 and Premiere now

Do you even have a template with the name youtube in it? If not, no hits.
I tried to search for youtube in Pr 25.1 and did not get any result either, but that´s because i don´t have a template with the name youtube in it so that was a pretty obvious outcome. If i for example search for overlay i get many hits.

My library of MOGRT files takes up 100 gigabytes. Believe me, there are many YouTube packs with the name YouTube). I enter any words and numbers in the search - nothing comes up. Everything works in Composer, I’ll show you with an example

I see @Averdahl asked the question I was thinking of when seeing your latest post. These are searching for assests like mogurts. Are you looking for that, or maybe for exports options or sequence settings?

This is an excellent callout that enter needs to be used to get the search to happen. It's different in the Project panel.
I'm going to take this back to the team and see if we can make the GTP work the same.

That would be good, Theresa ... either way, a consistent behavior is normally better than not.
And thanks again for being here.

I want it to work like in Composer. I enter the name and get the result. Why does this only work in the plugin and not in the program?

Could you try disabling your 3rd party plugins and see if the issue clears up?
If it does, then try enabling them one by one to see which is the culprit.

It's puzzling that this works differently on your machine. I'm not having the same issue, clearly, on my Win10 PC.

in version 23 it also worked for me. But from version 24-25 it stopped working.

Thanks for keeping this conversation on track. You're welcome, I'm glad I tried to help you.
So, do you have any 7 year old's around that may have mucked with your mogrts?
🙂
