why !? updates are so hard with adobe.

I knew it. and I was right... every single time adobe brings a new update I loose everything,

bye bye workspace, shortcuts, encode presets, custom premiere project settings, no matter what I try, upload settings to the cloud or download them or what ever.

I managed to recover .kys shortcuts, but the rest is gone. I just can't understand why?!

Hi Mariano Puppo,

Sorry for the inconvenience. Update don't delete the Preferences automatically. Have you deselected the option "Import previous settings & Preferences" while updating Premiere Pro?

Thanks Vidya, but yes. somehow in my mac update does delete preferences automatically, I even open advanced settings before update to check that it should keep everything but it didn't.

but this is not new, it happened on every single update, I thought it was maybe some permission issue but I change OS and a new SDD so it's not. is some kind of bug on my CC account

Does anyone know if there is a way to manually restore all the workspaces, encoding settings, preferences and custom projects settings? I use all this a lot.

btw, is just me or on this version you can't increase size of the tracks with the mouse wheel ? why the take features away??
