I've seen this feature in some of the best captioning apps, Premiere is not up there yet, but has definitely improved a lot in the last few years.
It would be infinitely useful if the software can balance the length of the caption lines better when using two-line captions. A lot of the issues I have to correct manually is having a full caption with two lines, then the next one is a single word. There's no use or need for this unless there's a long pause in between words when speaking and 90% of the time this is not the case.
So if Premiere could automatically fix a caption that reads like this:
- This time we will present
a deep dive into the - software
And turn it into this:
- This time we will present
a deep dive into the software
Also automatically fix this:
- For today's presentation we have a
panel
And turn it into this:
- For today's presentation,
we have a panel
Thanks!
