Better scaling algorithms - no negative values

We are struggling with issues in Premiere Pro. The current scaling algorithm introduces negative values that seep in to broadcast deliverables as full range data after export.

Please give us a project wide option to choose from several scaling algorithms and an override option on clip motion effects panel. Or at least something that works better than whatever it is we have now.

Resolve is way ahead on this.
