FEATURE REQUEST: Add system preference to always open Edit Marker box when adding marker

CURRENT WORKFLOW:

Every time I add a marker, I hit the Add Marker shortcut twice to open the Edit Marker box. 99% of the time I open this box so that I can add notes to the Name box, and often create an extended marker so the notes I add in the Name box show up on the clip in the source monitor or timeline. 

THE PROBLEM:

I often have the hit the shortcut several times to get the Edit Marker box to open - a second press doesn't always open it right away. So there are a lot of extra keystrokes, and when I'm adding notes to the Name or Comment box it's just another step to get that done.

FEATURE REQUEST:

Add an option to always open the Edit Marker box when adding a marker. Having it as a program preference would be nice, but it would also be great if there was a checkbox in the Edit Marker box to turn that preference on and off (so it would be quick to turn on/off when adding markers, without having to go into the Preferences every time).
