Premier Pro Beta - Object selection tool expanded

Expand the object slection tool to allow areas left/right/above/below to also be selected - Can use a lasso tool to implement this.  This will be easier for setting up transitions between shots as you can see in the screenshot below:  

Currently you can only select just the object.

Setting this up will allow us to expand the space around the object and allow more creative transitions to be created.
