Can't import .mp4 files anymore after update 14.5

Hi, I just upgraded Premiere Pro to the latest version (14.5) and I'm unable to imprt .mp4 files in a project.

Everytime I try i'm having a warning message about the lack of memory necessary to perform the import.

Dell XPS15 i9

Windows version 1809

Nvidia GTX 1050i (4Gb)

32GB ram

Can you please help me ?
